Seasonal Staff

Thank you for your interest in joining our wonderful team this summer! By becoming part of our seasonal team of over 20 dedicated staff members—including cabin counselors, a horse director, summer leadership, and kitchen crew—you’ll play a vital role in making our overnight camp unforgettable. Even if you’re with us for one summer, you’ll create memories that last a lifetime and will always be welcomed back to this family.

Cabin Counselors

As a cabin counselor, you’ll live in a cabin with up to six campers (or in the Blazers Cabin with a larger group) and a co-counselor, forming a close-knit family for the session.

Unlike other camps, our cabin counselors are also activity counselors, giving you the chance to lead activities and share your unique skills and interests. Whether it’s arts and crafts, waterfront, archery, horseback riding, messy engineering, sports, nature, or our challenge course, your expertise and hobbies can help shape each camper’s experience.

No prior camp experience is required—we teach you everything you need to know during our Counselor Training Week!

Cabin Directors, Med Liaison, and Program Team make up our Summer Leadership Team. To be considered, previous camp experience (not limited to CHT) is required and leadership or management experience is preferred.
