Family Camps

Join a Family Camp at Camp Holiday Trails!

Are you looking for a way to unplug and create memories with your family, get outdoors, or maybe build community with other caregivers who are also navigating caring for a child with a medical diagnosis? Then Camp Holiday Trails Family Camps may just be what you need! This family enriching program is designed to bring parents, caregivers and children together with other families to experience CHT’s Camp Magic- whether through our 1 day program or a 3 day weekend program. Our Family Camps offer a variety of activities that cater to all ages, from guided nature walks and Arts & Crafts to fishing and s’mores around a campfire! There is sure to be something for everyone in the family.

CHT is committed to making sure every family member feels welcomed and comfortable while at Camp, including those with mobility challenges. Our Camp features accessible accommodations, including cabins and restrooms that are ADA accessible. Additionally we have golf arts available to assist navigating the hills of Camp. CHT’s Food Service Team is also able to accommodate any dietary needs and is currently a nut-free facility.

 

Family Camps are offered in the Spring and Fall only since CHT does have day and overnight programming in the summer. Find out more about our Summer Camps.

Family Camp Pricing

 1 Day Family Camp (up to 8hrs) starting at $150 per family includes:

 

  • Partnership with CHT Program Team to develop a unique family camp schedule to meet your organizations mission or goals
  • A full CHT Camp experience for up to 15 families
  • Trained CHT staff to facilitate activities (up to 4 activities)
  • 1 meal prepared by CHT’s Food Service Team
  •  Marketing support from CHT’s Marketing Team
  •  A tour of CHT’s property
  • Connection and community with other families
  • Lifelong memories

3 Day, Weekend Family Camp (Friday PM- Sunday AM) starting at $750 per family includes:

  • Partnership with CHT Program Team to develop a unique family camp schedule to meet your organizations mission or goals
  • A full CHT Camp experience
  •  Trained CHT staff to facilitate activities
  • 5 meals prepared by CHT’s Food Service Team
  • Campfire, plus s’mores
  • Lodging for up to 12 families
  • Marketing support from CHT’s Marketing Team
  • A tour of CHT’s property
  • Connection and community with other families
  •  Lifelong memories

 It was fun to experience some of the activities my child participates in during Summer Camp. We especially enjoyed ziplining together and making jewelry.
